I’ve noticed something with car decisions: we all have a “gut feel”…
…but fuel cost is where gut feel quietly drains money.
So we built a small tool that makes the math simple: the Fuel Cost Break‑Even Calculator.
What you can do with it
Use it to compare two situations side by side—like:
- two fuel prices,
- two mileage assumptions,
- or two driving patterns.
The goal is not to be “perfect”. The goal is to be confident enough to decide.

If you like tools like this, we’ve also started collecting them in one place:
A small suggestion (from experience)
When you enter mileage, don’t use the brochure number.
Use the number you actually see on your daily routes. That one choice makes the result feel honest—and useful.
