Our minimum stay period policy varies from property to property. It could be anywhere between 1 to 6 months. If you violate the minimum stay policy when you move out, you will be required to pay one month’s rent as a penalty.

The token amount that you pay is considered a part of the security deposit. If you are planning to move in within 10 days of booking, you will have to pay 5000 rupees. For a gap of 10 to 20 days between booking and moving in, it will be 10000 rupees and beyond that, it will be 15000 rupees. You can pay this amount through the payment gateway provided on your portal or you can transfer the sum to the SimplyGuest account.
This is house specific. However, most of our shared homes cover house rent, maintenance, LPG - Cylinder, complimentary maid service on alternative days.
